Fountain Dryer is super concentrate made to be added to any premixed fountain solution. Once Fountain Dryer is added to the fountain solution water, ink will start to oxidize (dry) on the top layer.

Etch Control suspends buit-up calicium within the fountain solution, allowing you to produce sharp, clean half-tones, reverses, and screens.

Non-piling additive is especially for use on web presses, where blanket piling occurs due to excessive paper lint, or other impurities being generated in and around the web press.

CCL is designed to clean and lubricate the delivery chains on all presses.

Compatible with all oxidation / conventional drying inks. Typically a 7% addition (1 oz per pound of ink) will halve the ink drying time – even with the notoriously difficult Reflex Blue. Laboratory and press tests with transparent yellow at relatively high dosages Turbo Dry had no discernible effect on hue or color level of the ink.
